This busy restaurant looked so cute and unassuming on the outside (looked like a little house,) easily blending in to the lively little town of Healdsburg. Once you walk inside Bravas Bar de Tapas, the atmosphere changes, and takes on a modern Spanish vibe, with lots of warm and inviting orange shades. The patio caught my eye almost immediately, with an outdoor bar, and several high-top tables, I would love to relax with a couple drinks out there. Too bad it was a tad too chilly to sit out there, and this was just a brief stop on a larger food tour of the area.
We arrived on a busy lunch shift and were greeted promptly. When we sat we ordered some drinks,
namely the sangria, and it was definitely the highlight of this hopping spot. As usual we couldn't decide over the red or the white sangria so, as usual, we got both. And what a good idea that was, so refreshing! Next we moved onto what the restaurant was named for: Tapas! The menu was very expansive, lots of choices to pleas just about anyone. We landed on a tapas classic, the patatas bravas, as well as goat cheese toastadas and cider braised chorizo and peppers. All super good, and perfect for a quick bite, in the cute and quaint town of Healdsburg that left you wanting more.
